When it comes to the world of appliances, it's easy enough to get lost in all the product descriptions, product code, and energy efficiency reports. Here at Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances Manchester, we have so many customers who know the basis of what appliances they want but after that they're open to suggestion. So we've decided to put together a short blog that pulls together the three things that we thing you need to factor in when you're looking at buying brand new appliances!

Appliances Manchester

  • Budget

This is probably the most important factor to many people and for good reason. If you redoing your entire kitchen, it can be easy to get carried away on appliances that look fancy and that do a million and one things. But be realistic, work out a budget that won't put you out of pocket. Find an appliance that does everything you need without going overboard.

  • Efficiency

Now this can be a little bit more confusing, but it all depends on how deeply you want to read into your appliances energy efficiency. We try to display the energy efficiency rating as simply as possible with A+++ being the most efficient. The further down the alphabet the letter is, the less efficient it is. The more efficient the appliance that you purchase is, the less energy it's going to use and the more money you will save on your energy bills!

  • Functional

This point again links into budget. If you have your mind set on specific self cleaning oven or a range cooker then you need to make sure that the model you choose does exactly want you want it too. Don't be blown over by an appliance that seems to have fancy functions and modes if you're not going to use them.
