Miele has created a range of steam combination cookers, known as the DGC range. Every cooker in the range comes complete with MonoSteam technology. This means steam is pumped through the oven cabinet whilst your food is cooking. This then results in a combination of cooking and Miele guarantee perfect results. The cookers also have the patented PerfectClean surface finish, which means very little food will actually stick to any of the oven surfaces.
