Honestly, I was a little concerned when finding Paul Davies selling the range cooker I wanted, for 2 hundred pounds less than competitors! So I purchased using a credit card as I knew I was protected. Let me just say, wow - customer services so good, and despite a few hiccups with my bank, everything was in order. Bought a fridge freezer in the morning delivery in the afternoon. Noticed the doors didn't close properly. Went to the shop first thing in the morning to complain. Spoke to Paul Davies. With in 4 hours it was exchanged and delivery and fitted. ????excellent customer service ????
