    Honestly, I was a little concerned when finding Paul Davies selling the range cooker I wanted, for 2 hundred pounds less than competitors! So I purchased using a credit card as I knew I was protected. Let me just say, wow - customer services so good, and despite a few hiccups with my bank, everything was in order. They gave a later delivery time, which I'm glad got resolved faster. Wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again.

    From the minute I stepped in and was looked after by Ella I felt my search was over, she was creative and supportive and told me not to worry, that’s her job.     Bought a fridge freezer in the morning delivery in the afternoon. Noticed the doors didn't close properly. Went to the shop first thing in the morning to complain. Spoke to Paul Davies. With in 4 hours it was exchanged and delivery and fitted. ????excellent customer service ????
