
Stoves Cashback Terms & Conditions 2025
Offer Summary: From Saturday 1st March 2025 – Saturday 31st May 2025 Stoves are offering up to £500 cashback on selected 60cm -110cm Stoves Richmond and Richmond Deluxe range cookers. To qualify for this cashback promotion, the consumer simply needs to purchase a qualifying range cooker within the campaign period and then provide purchase details online (a copy of the receipt or invoice) to www.stovesrewards.co.uk before the redemption close date of Monday 30th June 2025. The cashback comes in the form of a prepaid Stoves MasterCard which, can be used for purchases made instore, online or over the telephone at any retailer that accepts MasterCard. Please note that the card cannot be used to withdraw money from an ATM.

1. Consumers
1.1. This promotion is only open to residents in mainland United Kingdom (“UK”). Employees of Stoves, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter. The promotion is only open to consumers purchasing for their own use (I.e. end users). Stoves reserves the right to verify the eligibility of consumers and/or exclude consumers at its sole discretion at any time for any reason.
2. How To Participate
2.1. This promotion is only available through Stoves retailers in the UK mainland only.
2.2. To take advantage of this promotion, purchases of qualifying Stoves range cookers must be made between Saturday 1st March 2025 – Saturday 31st May 2025 (inclusive). The cashback claim can only be made online through www.stovesrewards.co.uk.
2.3. A maximum of one (1) qualifying product can be claimed per household during the promotion. The promotion is not available on any second hand, refurbished or reconditioned stock.
2.4. Fully completed and correct claim submissions, together with a copy of the original proof of purchase must be received no later than midnight on Monday 30th June 2025. Claims cannot be made online after this date and any claims not made online at www.stovesrewards.co.uk by Monday 30th June 2025 will be deemed invalid and not eligible to receive cashback.
The customer’s original proof of purchase must clearly show the Stoves qualifying product purchased, the purchase price, the retailer where purchased and the date of purchase.
2.5. Each cashback claim is limited to a single use and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional voucher or cashback offer against the promotional product.
2.6. 360insights (Europe) Ltd, on behalf of Stoves, will deliver the cashback reward to successful claimants via a Stoves prepaid Mastercard, within 28 days of claim approval. The successful claimant must provide a valid email address, as they will receive instructions by email to redeem either a physical or virtual Stoves prepaid Mastercard, to the value of the cashback amount. The card must be redeemed within 3 months from the date the instructions are sent, the link will expire after this time. To redeem and activate the Mastercard, the consumer will be required to submit identity verification details. Once redeemed, the Stoves prepaid Mastercard is valid for 12 months, and all funds must be spent before the card’s expiration date, or they will be forfeited.
2.7. Use your Stoves prepaid Mastercard everywhere Mastercard is accepted. Mastercard is a registered trademark, and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard International Incorporated. This card is issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant to licences by Mastercard International. Transact Payments Limited is authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
2.8. Mastercard reserve the right to initiate a participant validation check. The participant validation check will require the claimant to provide documentation to prove their identity, such as a passport or driving licence. The recipient may choose to provide the required information at the time they are prompted or may opt to return later to provide the information to Mastercard. However, they will not be able to access the reward until the information has been provided and validation check has been cleared.
