Paul Davies dispatches items within 2 working days after receiving cleared payment. Paul Davies delivers your appliances into your home not just the door. we also deliver by our own fleet within Greater Manchester and Lancashire areas. All others orders are delivered by a courier company or direct from the manufacturer. We only ship to the confirmed home address. Our courier company delivers to certain postcodes on certain days, however please allow up to 7 days for the item to arrive. All items are in stock, unless otherwise stated. If items are not in stock, they can take up to 10 days to be delivered, although usually much quicker. Delivery prices quoted in the listings are for UK mainland only and may vary. Delivery in our local area is free, but out of areas a courier cost will be added.

Once you have signed for the goods this states that they have been received in good condition we can not accept any responsibility for damages. Paul Davies do not deliver to NI, IOM, channel islands and outside of the United Kingdom.

At Paul Davies Kitchens and Appliances we are committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of our customers when visiting our site or communicating electronically with us. All customers’ details are kept securely. Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our site will be encrypted to ensure its safety. We will not pass any details to third party.

All customers’ privacy is a priority for us.

Returns & Replacements

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online on pauldavieskitchensandappliances.co.uk site. All products sold by us are brand new and boxed. All items listed are fully guaranteed by the manufacturers. Warranty starts on the day of purchase. All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change our prices and specifications without notice. We try to provide an accurate, exact and current description of all products however; we do not warrant that ALL product descriptions are complete or error-free. All information on our website is updated regularly. Paul Davies only accepts PayPal online. Please be confident about ordering online, your browser will confirm that you are shopping in a safe place by showing a locked padlock icon or an image of a key in the bar at the base of your screen. All transactions are made through safe checkouts which offer total online security. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Solo in store. If you prefer to order over the phone, you can call us on 0800 093 8785. The lines are open 7 days a week; Monday -Friday 9am to 6pm(Thursday to 8pm), Saturday: 9am to 5pm and Sunday: 11am to 4pm. All E-mail enquries will be responded to with in one working day from the time that the enquiry was sent to us. If you are looking for a specific type of appliance and don't find it in our store, let one of our salespeople know or e-mail us. We will do our best to source this product for you or give you an equal alternative.

• We allow upto 7 working days from ordering the goods for you to contact us notifying that you would like to cancel the order, the following conditions apply:

• You must cancel in writing with in 7 working days.

• We must collect the appliance and you  will be charged £28.00 for collection.

• Paul Davies only accepts goods returned in unpacked original packaging and original codition.

• The goods must not of been: installed, used, unpacked or damaged.

• You are responsible for the security and safety of the goods until the are collected by ourselves and any damages found by our drivers will not be collected but you may still be charged.

• When we receive the goods to our warehouse we will contact you to refund the payment minus the collection charge.
