The compact version of the Professional+ includes double oven cooking with a large main oven and tall electric fan oven. You’ll also find four burners in three sizes, plus a triple-ring wok burner and a powerful grill. And the electric versions offer a onepiece, easy clean hob with two dual-zone and three single-zone areas for added versatility, and ‘hot hob’ lights for extra safety.
